Products Sold by Hytera US Inc are Not Banned in the United States
- No radio communications equipment sold by Hytera US is banned by the FCC or the US Federal Government, and any information otherwise is false.
- Some telecommunication equipment made by Hytera Communications Corporation Ltd in Shenzhen China is on the FCC Covered List of products that cannot be sold in the US. Hytera US does import or sell products on the FCC Covered List.
- This same telecommunication equipment made by Hytera Communications Corporation Ltd is included in the NDAA list of products that cannot be sold to the Federal Government or federally funded communications projects. Hytera US does not import or sell products on the FCC Covered List.
- This telecommunication equipment is defined as any device that transmits network data at a higher rate the 200 megabits per second. Hytera US does not import or sell any product that has a tx/rx rate higher than 200 megabits per second. See section 195 of the FCC document.
- Hytera US Inc does not sell any of these telecommunication products in the US.
- Hytera US Inc radio communications products sold in the US do not transmit data at a higher rate than 200 mbps and are specifically not included in the FCC Covered List.
- For this same reason, Hytera US Inc radio communication products sold in the US can be sold to the federal government, and Federally funded communications projects with an NDAA certification.
- No one purchasing products from Hytera US Inc or an authorized Hytera US Inc dealer has any legal exposure for buying or using these radio communications products.
Hytera US Inc is Not Being Prosecuted
- Hytera US Inc is a standalone company incorporated in the US that sells radio communications products to business, education, and organizations.
- Hytera US Inc is not involved in any criminal prosecutions or any legal proceedings with Motorola Solutions.
- All legal proceedings are with Hytera Communications Corporation Ltd, the global manufacturer of Hytera products.
