The Hytera PNC380S PoC device is a compact, rugged, and easy-to-operate handheld radio that utilizes Wi-Fi and existing nationwide 4G/LTE cellular networks for unlimited coverage and capacity. The PNC380S is designed for reliable business communications with instant group calling in the vehicle and on the job site. It is built based on Carrier approved LTE modules and network certifications. The PNC380S can be quickly deployed without the significant infrastructure costs of traditional radio systems.

The PNC380S enables Push-to-Talk over Cellular communications using existing 4G/5G/LTE Mobile Network Operator infrastructure and Wi-Fi networks. The PNC380S is supported on the HORIZON and Hytera HALO Nationwide PoC subscription platforms, and on the HORIZON Dispatch and Hytera HALO Dispatch web-based group communications and fleet tracking applications.

CERTIFIED NATIONWIDE COVERAGE

PTCRB certified, and AT&T and T-Mobile approved device that fully tested by for reliable nationwide coverage using mobile 4G/LTE cellular networks. Optional multi-carrier SIM supports three mobile carriers and switches over when a carrier’s signal is no longer present.

HIGH-DEFINITION VIDEO

Rear-facing 8 megapixel rear camera enables sharing high-resolution images and videos to facilitate rapid problem solving and decision making.

GPS POSITIONING

Built-in GPS enables real-time tracking and positioning for use with the HORIZON dispatch application.

ERGONOMIC DESIGN

Compact and ergonomic design with easy-access buttons enables comfortable one-handed operation. Features a reversible belt clip for carrying with screen facing in or out.

Built-in Bluetooth enables connectivity to earpieces, Push-to-Talk devices, and other wireless accessories

TEXT MESSAGING

Send, receive, and view text messages between the dispatcher and other Hytera PoC devices. Also supports sending recorded audio messages.

STUN/REVIVE

Dispatcher can remotely stun (disable) or revive (return to service) if the radio is lost or stolen

INSTANT GROUP AND INDIVIDUAL CALLING

Enables instant half-duplex group calling (one caller speaks at a time) or full duplex individual calling (both callers speak any time). Supports cross-enterprise group calls to any other company with HORIZON PoC service. Zones can be used to organize multiple call groups through the screen interface.

BUILT-IN WI-FI

Built-in dual Wi-Fi (2.4GHz and 5GHz) supports in-building communications with seamless switching to LTE networks when outside Wi-Fi range.

INDUSTRY LEADING AUDIO QUALITY

AI-based digital noise cancellation and high-volume speakers for excellent voice quality in loud environments. Minimum call volume can be enabled in the platform for all users to prevent muting audio and missing calls.

CAR KIT

Dash-mount car kit available for safe in-vehicle calling that supports an optional external speaker, palm microphone, visor microphone, and both wired and Bluetooth Push-to-Talk buttons.

TFT LCD DISPLAY

The durable, scratch-resistant glass (not plastic) TFT LCD display provides high-resolution visibility even in bright daylight. Supports an easy-to-use GUI menu system with clean and simple navigation.

SAFETY FEATURES

One-touch Emergency button enables emergency calls to dispatcher and sending alarms to other radios. Emergency alerts can be sent to a group of radios with an audible alarm and provides user ID to all receiving radios. Dispatcher can remotely stun (disable) or revive (return to service) if the radio is lost or stolen.

SECURE COMMUNICATIONS

Supports AES128/256, ARC4, SM4, and Quantum encryption algorithms for secure and private communications.
