Hytera PoC Mobile Radio Wins Security Today New Product of the Year Award
IRVINE, Calif., September 15, 2026 – Hytera US Inc today announced that the MNC360 Push-to-Talk Over Cellular mobile radio has won a New Product of the Year Award from Security Today.
Security Today, a part of 1105 Media, providing news, insights, trends and product information for security suppliers, end users and IT decision makers, today announced the winners of its 2026 New Product of the Year Awards.
The awards honor new and improved product development in the security industry and recognize manufacturers whose technologies and solutions stand out for their ability to advance protection and improve security. The 2026 program recognized 26 companies across 33 categories, spanning access control, artificial intelligence, communications, video surveillance, and other vital areas of security.
The MNC360 is a mobile PoC radio that runs on the HORIZON PoC platform and provides nationwide communications using mobile carrier 4G and 5G/LTE cellular networks. The enhancements to the MNC360 that secured the Security Today award win include cross enterprise calling, support for multi-carrier SIM cards, customizable tactile buttons, and improved high gain sensitivity. Cross-enterprise calling enables users from different companies using radios on the HORIZON platform to set up group calls between users at the two companies. The four tactile keys can be programmed to select call groups, revert back to home call groups, make a custom individual full-duplex call, or dozens of other functions.
