The Hytera EAN24-P is a durable, 2-wire surveillance earpiece with transparent acoustic tube, and an inline PTT button featuring an integrated microphone.
The unit securely attaches to the two-way radio via a 13-Pin connector and thumb screw, preventing accidental disconnection while reducing wear on the device. From this connection, an 8” wire runs to a splitter, branching into a 40” wire leading to the microphone and a 42” wire extending to the acoustic tube through the transducer.
The soft silicone earbud offers all-day comfort, while the ultra-discreet transparent acoustic tube delivers crisp, clear audio, making it ideal for covert and surveillance operations.
The transducer assembly is equipped with a riveted metal clip ensuring secure placement on clothing during use. The detachable acoustic tube simplifies cleaning and allows for easy sharing between users.
This accessory is intrinsically safe when combined with Hytera H-Series Intrinsically Safe two-way radios, assuring compliance with rigorous safety standards. It’s engineered to eliminate any risk of sparks or dangerous energy release, making it ideal for environments with explosive dust or gas.
