A Letter to Hytera Dealers in the USA

Dear Dealers,

We hope this letter finds you and your family safe and healthy. This letter is to provide you with updates as to how the Hytera Group will move forward with you and ensure sustainable growth into the future for both your company and Hytera.

We are happy to announce that on January 12th, 2021, Hytera US Inc., has embarked on a fresh new journey to be a strong presence and once again grow the Hytera Group’s business in America. Your support and loyalty to Hytera products is highly appreciated and is one of our strongest assets.

Hytera US Inc. has employed all the staff of Hytera East and West, who are performing under their prior job titles and responsibilities. You will have nearly the same interface with us for order placement & fulfillment, finance, service, etc. The team’s business contact information remains unchanged. The team has done a good job, running the business, with minimal disruption, during the restructuring process and especially in the uncertainty of a serious pandemic. Our team is the greatest treasure of Hytera US, and we will keep the tradition of excellence in supporting and serving our dealers.

Our sales managers will be providing new 2021 Dealer Agreements for your signature. Moving forward, we will maintain two locations, one in California and the other in Florida. The California office will be responsible for logistics and will process and fulfill your purchase orders. The Florida office will provide the majority of warranty service and repairs.
